ROCKY FORTUNE starring Frank Sinatra appeared on NBC. Sinatra played the

lead character of Rocky Fortune. Rocky, always ready with a wise remark,

seems to be a magnet for trouble, most often with the variety of odd jobs he

takes. Rocky's a tough guy who stays just inside of the law and is frequently

involved with a beautiful woman, some of them are good girls, some bad.

Mr. Sinatra's movie career took precedence over a radio career with the

success of "From Here to Eternity" and this series came to an early end.
