Mel plays the proprietor of a fix it shop, accompanied by his helper Zookie.
 Mel Blanc, the man behind many voices including Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck and Porky Pig and all the Looney Tunes Characters had guest spots on many of the Old Radio shows. On Sept. 3, 1946, Mel Blanc got a comedy show of his own, THE MEL BLANC SHOW.
