Burns and Allen hit the radio air waves with a bang in the early 1930's. They had started in vaudeville like many other entertainers of that period. I personally believe this is some of the funniest situation comedy that was ever aired on radio. They had some of the biggest names in the entertainment world as guests on their show, names like Jack Benny, Bob Hope, Bing Crosby, Red Skelton and others.
